The opening of Star is like stepping onto a rooftop terrace above South Beach - electric and alive. The banana note here is unexpected in the best way. It's lush, creamy, and tropical, with just the right hint of freshness. Not sugary or synthetic, but smooth and nuanced. Green Cognac adds a juicy, herbal brightness that plays perfectly off the fruit, giving the opening a sparkling, slightly boozy kick.
