Bergamot and blackcurrant with menthol hit different when there's actual cardamom and nutmeg underneath. The seawater accord is blended so well it doesn't read as gimmicky. Amber base keeps it grounded instead of fading into cologne territory. This bridges that gap between fresh and substantial better than anything Banderas had right to make.
